PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The Village Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 6:30 PM to review an Area Variance Application submitted by Sarah Kennedy for their property at 31 Hector Street, also known as tax parcel# 7.-4-1, for the reduction of the front yard and riparian buffer setbacks for a 2 story edition on the west side of the existing single family house.
