Upgrades to the Village’s 1960s-era wastewater treatment plant began in 2015 in an effort to address issues resulting from storm water run off, as well as make repairs and improvements to aging infrastructure. The project is being funded through low-interest loans provided by the NY State Environmental Facilities Corporation and is expected to be completed in early 2017.
