PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The Village Zoning Board of Appeals will hold two consecutive Public Hearings on Tuesday, February 13th, 2024 at 6:30 PM to review: 1) Use Variance Application submitted by property owner Vince Puleo for 25-27 West Main Street, also known as tax parcel #6.1.1, to renovate the rear ground floor into an apartment; 2) Area Variance Application submitted by Anesti Zakos on behalf of property owner Oppenheim-Brown for 22 Whig Street, also known as tax parcel #6.-5-8, to replace the existing garage with a two story garage to include a second floor bedroom.
These consecutive public hearings shall take place in-person in the Village Hall Meeting Room at 56 E. Main St. (Elm St. entrance) and online via Zoom. Public comment may be submitted prior to the meeting by Monday, February 12th, 2024,12:00PM by mail to Zoning Board of Appeals, 56 E. Main St., Trumansburg, NY 14886, or by email to clerk@trumansburg-ny.gov.
