PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The Village Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 7th, 2023 at 6:30 PM to review an Area Variance Application submitted for property owned by Seanna Brown and Adam Oppenheim at 22 Whig Street, also known as tax parcel #6.-5-8, for the reduction of side and rear yard setbacks to allow for renovation of a garage to include addition of an in-law suite.
