PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The Village Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 8th, 2024 at 6:30 PM to review an Area Variance Application submitted by property owner Jason Wright at 7 Salo Drive, also known as tax parcel #7.-6-6, to place a pre-fabricated 6’ x 10’ accessory building within the fifty-foot riparian buffer for Trumansburg Creek.
This public hearing shall take place in-person in the Village Hall Meeting Room at 56 E. Main St. (Elm St. entrance) and online via Zoom. Public comment may be submitted prior to the meeting by Monday, January 8th, 2024,12:00PM by mail to Zoning Board of Appeals, 56 E. Main St., Trumansburg, NY 14886, or by email to clerk@trumansburg-ny.gov.
