PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The Village Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 9th, 2024 at 6:30 PM to review an Area Variance Application submitted by property owner Amelia Sauter at 1 Salo Drive, also known as tax parcel #7.-6-8, to place a shed within the fifty-foot riparian buffer for Trumansburg Creek.
This public hearing shall take place in-person in the Village Hall Meeting Room at 56 E. Main St. (Elm St. entrance) and online via Zoom. Public comment may be submitted prior to the meeting by Monday, September 9th, 2024,12:00PM by mail to Zoning Board of Appeals, 56 E. Main St., Trumansburg, NY 14886, or by email to clerk@trumansburg-ny.gov.
