PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The Village Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 1st, 2025 at 6:30 PM to review an Area Variance Application submitted by property owner James Lynch at 37 Whig Street, also known as tax parcel #6.-3-14, to demolish the existing garage and rebuild to include a second story with an additional dwelling unit, which would necessitate a reduction in side yard set-back.
This public hearing shall take place in-person in the Village Hall Meeting Room at 56 E. Main St. (Elm St. entrance) and online via Zoom. Public comment may be submitted prior to the meeting by Tuesday, April 1st, 2025,12:00PM in person to the Village Offices, by postal mail to Zoning Board of Appeals, 56 E. Main St., Trumansburg, NY 14886, or email to clerk@trumansburg-ny.gov.
