10:15 AM-Update: Residents on Cayuga St. between Prospect St. and Congress St. will also experience a water service disruption while the broken watermain is repaired.
Due to a water main break, water service will be disrupted on McLallen Street between Washington Street and Congress Street.
Shutoff is anticipated mid to late morning and service restoration is anticipated early to mid afternoon.
