You must be a non-profit or nonpartisan community organization (ex. local Girl Scout troops, Toys for Tots, Tburg high school clubs etc).
Tablers will be assigned a designated space at the event, on Main Street.
Please plan to have an interactive booth with activities, games, food or beverage etc. In the past we've had activities such as: free face painting, free cookie decorating, free games and prizes.
You are allowed to charge or have a suggested donation for food or beverage items, such as a bake sale, hot chocolate etc. Please note on the application form.
Setup & breakdown- The event begins at 3pm. The road closes at 2:30pm, plan to drop off all supplies beforehand or bring a wagon etc. The event ends at 6pm, at which time you can break down your table. The road will reopen shortly thereafter once pedestrians clear out, you can pull up at that time to pack vehicles. Please leave no trace.
