ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
VILLAGE OF TRUMANSBURG
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids are sought and requested for garbage collection and disposal beginning June 1, 2024 and running until May 31, 2025 with the option for renewal. Sealed bids will be received at the Village Offices, 56 East Main Street, Trumansburg, NY 14886 until 4:00 pm on March 12th, 2024
Bids will be publicly opened and read at the scheduled Budget Working Session on
March 13thin the Main Meeting Room of the Village Office building at 7:00P .
All bids must be marked "GARBAGE CONTRACT BID" and submitted by surface mail or in person (fax and email transmissions not accepted). Bid forms can be obtained at the Village Offices during regular business hours and found on the Village website in the Forms and Permits section on the home page www.trumansburg-ny.gov.
The Village of Trumansburg Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids; and the right to accept or reject the bids received within 30 days of receipt.
