NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Trumansburg is seeking sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the removal and replacement of the shingled roof and flat porch roofs at the Village Hall, located at 56 East Main Street, Trumansburg, NY 14886. Sealed bids will be received at the Village Offices, 56 East Main Street, Trumansburg, NY 14886 until 4:00PM EST on November 3rd, 2025. 

 

Bids will be publicly opened and read at the Regular Board of Trustees Meeting on November 10th, 2025 Main Meeting Room of Village Hall, 56 East Main Street, Trumansburg, NY.

Sealed bids must be clearly marked: "RFP – Village Hall Roof Replacement – DO NOT OPEN," and submitted by surface mail or in person (fax and email transmissions not accepted). Bid forms and complete Request For Proposal can be obtained at the Clerk’s Office during regular business hours and found on the Village website in the News and online here:https://assets.trumansburg-ny.gov/documents/rfp-roof-repair-2025-with-bid-sheet.pdf

The Village of Trumansburg Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids; and the right to accept or reject the bids received within 30 days of receipt.
