PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The Village Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Friday, July 31st, 2026 at 6:30PM to review a Variance Application submitted by property owner Lauren McKinzey at 53 East Main St., also known as tax parcel #5.-1-56, for additional outdoor seating.
This public hearing shall take place in-person in the Village Hall Meeting Room at 56 E. Main St. (Elm St. entrance) and online via Zoom.
