NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED LOCAL LAW #D4 -2023

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The Village of Trumansburg Board of Trustees will conduct a Public Hearing at 7:00pm on Monday, September 25th, 2023 in the Meeting Room of Village Hall at 56 East Main Street, Trumansburg, NY, 14886, to take public comment for the Proposed Local Law #D4-2023 titled “Code Enforcement and Regulation.” This law shall be in force and effect immediately upon adoption, posting, and publication as provided by law.
Section 1. Purpose. This local law provides for the administration and enforcement of the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code (the Uniform Code) and the State Energy Conservation Construction Code (the Energy Code) in this Village.
