NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Clerk Treasurer of the Village of Trumansburg has received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of the Village taxes therein levied for 2026 - 2027. Taxes will be received without penalties from June 1 through July 1, 2026 at the Village Office, 56 East Main Street, Monday through Thursday from 10:00AM through 3:00PM , and Friday 10:00AM- 1:00PM. Pursuant to Real Property Tax Law Sec. 1432, after July 1, 2026 interest of five percent will be added for the first month and an additional one percent for each month or fraction thereof, until October 31, 2026. Thereafter all unpaid village taxes, by resolution of the Village Board, will be returned to the County Administrator, pursuant to law, and will become subject to additional penalties and fees as described under “Town and/or County Tax”.
