PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The Village Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 17th, 2022 at 6:00 PM to review an Area Variance request from Jes Seaver and Kenny Broadwell for their property located at 16 Elm St., Trumansburg, NY 14886 also known as tax parcel # 6.-1-28.2. The property owners are requesting to convert the current Carriage House structure to a two (2) unit residential dwelling. The current setbacks are not compliant for a residential dwelling, therefor an Area Variance is required.
This public hearing shall take place in person in the Village Hall Meeting Room, 56 E. Main St. Trumansburg, NY 14886.
