PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The Village of Trumansburg Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 7:00 pm on Monday, Thursday, March 24th, 2022
in the main meeting room of Village Hall to take comments on the Site Plan of a proposed project to be located at 20 Pease St., Trumansburg, NY 14886 (Tax Parcel #6.-1-37). The applicant and property owner Shirley Brown is requesting to convert the above referenced property; currently designated as a two (2) family home to a four (4) family home.
Also, at the above date, time and location the Village of Trumansburg Planning Board will also conduct a Public Hearing to take comments on the Site Plan of a proposed project to be located at 61 W. Main St., Trumansburg, NY 14886 (Tax Parcel# 6.-1-5.2). Trumansburg Realty, LLC is requesting to add a roof over a patio in the back of their property currently occupied by Atlas Bowl,
The public hearings will take place in-person as well as by videoconference and conference call, accessible to the public through the Zoom meeting service at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81245580257 or by telephone at (929)436-2866.
Additionally, public comment may be submitted in advance in writing to 56 E. Main St., Trumansburg, NY 14886, or via email to planningboard@trumansburg-ny.gov or codeenforcement@trumansburg-ny.gov. Written comments will be accepted until 4 pm on Wednesday, March 23, 2022.
