PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The Village of Trumansburg Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Monday, December 20th, 2021 @ 6:00 PM. The purpose of this meeting is to review the updated application materials, determine Lead Agency and begin the SEQRA process in regard to the Special Use Permit application submitted by Ithaca Neighborhood House Services for improvements to the Compass Mobile Home Community located at 4380 Seneca Road, Trumansburg, NY also known as Tax Parcel #7.1-1-1 and any other matters that come before the Board.
