PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The Village Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 24, 2022 at 6:00 PM to review a request for a Special Use Permit submitted by Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services (INHS) for their property known as Compass Manufactured Housing Community located at 4337 West Seneca Rd, Trumansburg, NY 14886, also known as tax parcel 7.1-1-1. INHS is requesting a Special Use Permit for site improvements to the property including lighting, sewer, water and road upgrades.
This public hearing shall take place in-person in the Village Hall Meeting Room at 56 E. Main St. (Elm St. entrance) and via Zoom @ https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88150095532.
Additionally, public comment may be submitted in advance prior to January 24th, 2022 at 12:00 pm in writing to 56 E. Main St., Trumansburg, NY 14886, or via email to clerk@trumansburg-ny.gov.
