PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The Village Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 12th, 2023 at 6:30 PM to review an Area Variance Application submitted by George Apgar for their property at 8 Elderado, also known as tax parcel #4.-3-11.5, for the reduction of the front and side yard setbacks to allow for the addition of an apartment above the garage.
This public hearing shall take place in-person in the Village Hall Meeting Room at 56 E. Main St. (Elm St. entrance) and online via Zoom: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82966445004
