PROPOSED SEWER USE LAW - 2023

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The Village of Trumansburg Board of Trustees will conduct a Public Hearing at 7:00pm on Monday, May 22nd, 2023 in the Meeting Room of Village Hall at 56 East Main Street, Trumansburg, NY, 14886 to take public comment on Proposed Sewer Use Law -2023;
Section 101. Purpose and Policy This Chapter sets forth uniform requirements for Users of the Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW) of the Village of Trumansburg, and interconnected sewer districts, and enables the Village to comply with all applicable state and federal laws, including the Clean Water Act (33 United States Code (USC) Section 1251 et seq.), and the General Pretreatment Regulations (Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 403), as amended.
