Good afternoon, I was at the planning board meeting last week and on the agenda was an item about reimbursement from the applicant for the 46 South Street Project. It was stated by the village lawyer and the INHS lawyer that there had been an agreement signed off on, but they did not reveal the details. The INHS lawyer also stated that they had requested invoices from the village but had not received any. I spoke to Vicky today and she said that she has not received any requests for invoices.
