BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
September 9th, 2020
The Village of Trumansburg Board of Zoning Appeals will, at the above date and time in the Main Meeting Room of the Village Hall, 56 East Main Street, Trumansburg, New York, conduct a PUBLIC HEARING to take comments on a request from Lester Eastburn for an Area Variance for his property located at 24 Salo Drive, Trumansburg, NY 14886 (Tax Parcel # 7.-1-24) for an existing accessory building that was placed in the front yard without required variance.
The Village of Trumansburg Board of Zoning Appeals will, at the same above stated date and time, hold a PUBLIC HEARING to take comments on a request from Nicholas & Amy Moe for a Special Use Permit to use their leased commercial property as a Redemption Center to be located 61 W. Main St., Trumansburg, NY 14886 (Tax Parcel #6.-1-5.1)
In the event of a continuance of restrictions on gatherings of individuals by the Office of the
Governor of NY State, this public hearing shall take place by videoconference and conference call,
accessible to the public through the Zoom meeting service at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89836781953
or by telephone at (929)436-2866, pursuant to the authority and direction of Executive Order 202.1 dated March 7th, 2020 and subsequent continuations. Additionally, public comment may be submitted in advance in writing to 56 E. Main St., Trumansburg, NY 14886, or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Following the public hearing the Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a meeting to further consider and take appropriate action on the requests.
