NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VILLAGE OF TRUMANSBURG
BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
October 28th, 2019
The Village of Trumansburg Board of Zoning Appeals will, at the above date and time in the Main Meeting Room of the Village Hall, 56 East Main Street, Trumansburg, New York, conduct a PUBLIC HEARING to take comments on a request from Joseph Lamarre, owner of Uncommonplace, LLC for a Zoning Variance for the purpose of changing 41 W. Main St., Trumansburg, NY 14886 (Tax Parcel #6.-1-9) from its current zoning designation of commercial/mixed use to its former residential zone designation.
Information on this request may be reviewed at the Village Clerk’s Office at 56 East Main Street, Trumansburg, New York during regular business hours. Any person wishing to make comment may do so at the hearing or in writing prior to the hearing until 4 pm on October 28th, 2019.
Following the public hearing the Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a meeting to further consider and take appropriate action on the request.
