The Village of Trumansburg Board of Zoning Appeals will, at the above date and time in the Main Meeting Room of the Village Hall, 56 East Main Street, Trumansburg, New York, conduct a PUBLIC HEARING to take comments on a request from Debra Scott for an Area Variances for her property located on 31 Pease St., Trumansburg, NY 14886 (Tax Parcel # 8.-2-5.2) for the purpose of building a 14’ x 24’detached garage, a variance of 4’ is requested to allow the garage to extend past the front of the house.
Information on this request may be reviewed at the Village Clerk’s Office at 56 East Main Street, Trumansburg, New York during regular business hours. Any person wishing to make comment may do so at the hearing or in writing prior to the hearing until 4 pm on February 21st, 2017.
Following the public hearing the Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a meeting to further consider and take appropriate action on the requests.
