The Village of Trumansburg Board of Zoning Appeals will, at the above date and time in the Main Meeting Room of Village Hall, 56 East Main Street, Trumansburg, New York, conduct PUBLIC HEARING to take comments on a request from Jeffrey Clinton for an Area Variance for the purpose of placing a storage shed on his property located at 111 Pennsylvania Ave., Trumansburg, NY 14886 (Tax Parcel #6.-7-1.2).
Information on this request may be reviewed at the Village Clerk’s Office at 56 East Main Street, Trumansburg, New York during regular business hours. Any person wishing to make comment may do so at the hearing or in writing prior to the hearing until 4 pm on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2019.
Following the public hearing the Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a meeting to further consider and take appropriate action on the requests.

Also to continue the review of the Application from INHS and Sundial Property LLC to continue the review of the Application for an Area Variance from Residential Parking Requirements for their property located at 46 South St, (Tax Parcel #s 9.-1-2 and #8.-3-2.2), Trumansburg, NY 14886, and
Any other business that may come before the Board.
