NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VILLAGE OF TRUMANSBURG
BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Monday, August 27, 2018
The Village of Trumansburg Board of Zoning Appeals will, at the above date and time in the Main Meeting Room of the Village Hall, 56 East Main Street, Trumansburg, New York, conduct two (2) PUBLIC HEARINGS to take comments on requests from the following:
Mr. Peter Johnson and Mrs. Katharina Klemperer are requesting an Area Variance for the placement of an accessory building on their property located at 31 Whig St., Trumansburg, NY 14886, Tax Parcel # 6.-3-17.
Mrs. Tracy Kirkman is requesting an Area Variance for placement of a new deck at her property located at 113 East Main St., Trumansburg, NY 14886, Tax Parcel # 5.-1-37.
These variance requests are subject to the 2012 Village of Trumansburg Zoning Ordinance, Article 3, Section 303 “Location of Accessory Buildings”.
Following the public hearing the Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a meeting to further consider and take appropriate action on the request.
Information on this request may be reviewed at the Village Clerk’s Office at 56 East Main Street, Trumansburg, New York during regular business hours. Any person wishing to make comment may do so at the hearing or in writing prior to the hearing until 4:00 pm on Monday, August 27th, 2018.
